 FINNTROLL are the first band ShutterBLAST ever toured with and also some of our oldest Finnish friends. They headlined the first day of the Metal Invasion Festival at the Niederbayernhalle near Passau on the 18th of September 2009.

ShutterBLAST's oldest friends NORTHER were around when we first launched the website and have been supporting us ever since. They are the band we have photographed the most so far and we are glad to be the first to provide professional high-quality live pics of their new line-up.

24.09.2009. NIGHTWISH's final show in Helsinki

 

After two years of touring on their latest album Dark Passion Play, Finnish-Swedish quintet NIGHTWISH delivered their final homecoming show at Helsinki's mythical venue Hartwall Areena on September 19th, 2009.

 

The show featured many pyros, guest musicians, snow, confetti and even a waterfall, but photographers were only permitted to shoot the song 'Ever Dream'. More photos will be uploaded a bit later.
